The Police were summoned to the scene and they reacted immediately led by the Search and Rescue Team, the body was then retrieved from the water.
The post mortem will still be conducted to determine the cause of death on both deceased.
The Police investigations in both incidents are still continuing.
Members of the community especially parents and guardians must ensure child safety at all times to prevent this type of incidents from occurring.
They must constantly talk to their children and make them aware of the possible dangers while around dams and rivers, including swimming without the close supervision of the professional divers.
